Adding Value to SMEs
UK MAIL hits back at claims of disinterest in small business sector
UK Mail, part of the Business Post Group plc, has hit back at suggestions that alternative postal service providers are only interested in working with large customers.UK Mail is the leading alternative to Royal Mail in the UK mail market and provides mail delivery and collection services for the full range of customers from large, blue chip organisations to small businesses.
Steve Patrick, Managing Director at UK Mail, said: “To say that private operators are not interested in working with smaller sized businesses is simply not true. Whilst other alternative mail companies may have only wanted large volume customers, UK Mail has always been keen to work with SMEs and already provides high quality services to over 700 smaller volume mail users. The challenge facing UK Mail is to make customers aware that they do have a choice and can receive cost savings of up to 10% as a result”.
“UK Mail has invested heavily in creating the UK’s largest alternative mail sortation network with 14 machines in 11 sites nationwide. We already offer a cost effective, high quality two and three day mails service to both large and small volume users, with collections available on as little as 250 items per day.
Our ongoing programme of new product development continues to demonstrate our commitment to lead and innovate within the mails market in order that we can provide added value and effective mailing solutions to all companies irrespective of their size”.
