- Signature optional - ideal for delivery to home, arrange to leave your parcel in a pre-requested place if you know there will be nobody at home
- Pre-delivery notification - arrange to send an automatic email or SMS text to your customer to let them know when their goods will be delivered
- Confirmation of delivery - receive an automated email or SMS text to confirm once a delivery has arrived at its destination
