Our online services at www.ukmail.biz are available to help you manage your account at your convenience any time of the day or night.
Login Go to ‘My UK Mail’ to access a personalised online portal that knows which services that you have signed up for or are appropriate for you. Within this secure area of the site you can:
- View scheduled collections, book ad hoc collections or cancel collections
- Check the availability of services to a particular location
- Track your consignments from collection to delivery via our state of the art scanning infrastructure which tracks your consignments every step of the way through the UK Mail network
- Manage the logins of your staff and the access they have
- Make a payment to your account.
- And view a variety of reports as detailed below.
Our range of reports available online include:
- Proof of Delivery (POD) - confirms delivery details; date, time and name
- Bulk POD – allows you to view multiple POD status using criteria such as consignment number ranges, date range etc.
- Proof of Delivery - Non Deliveries – shows consignments due to be delivered, but were delayed and the reason why
- 3rd Party Collection Report - lists of returns and the current status
- Discrepancy Report - delivery discrepancies e.g. misrouted parcels
- Delivery Performance Report - overall summary of UK Mail’s delivery performance, giving breakdowns of successful deliveries and showing any delayed consignments
