All our shipping solutions enable you to ship parcels to both UK and worldwide destinations. They offer a number of functions, including, validation of UK addresses and frameworks allowing integration into your own internal sales ordering systems which can then be tailored to your requirements.

iconsign

Iconsign is our online shipping solution, it’s easy to use and there is no software to install.

With iconsign, you can to:

  • Book a driver to collect your parcels
  • Store customer addresses
  • Print labels
  • View a range of tracking reports
  • Track your consignments online 24 hours a day

Consignor System

Our Consignor system has the ability to link your own despatch system to UK Mail’s operating system to self label your goods (minimum of 1000 consignments per month). It operates a Windows interface for ease of use and there is also the option to set up multi-users.

With Consignor you can:

  • Avoid re-keying addresses - integrate your computer system with UK Mail’s Gateway
  • Consolidate orders placed to the same address to a single consignment
  • Produce consignment batches to create regular mail-shots
  • Consignment summaries can be transmitted to UK Mails’ operational systems via the Internet
  • Proof of delivery via a web browser on your company network, modem or internet
  • View daily and monthly shipping reports

Web Service Application Programming Interface (API)

Our API service allows you to integrate your IT systems directly with iconsign, to produce labels and track your parcels to delivery, direct from your own systems and without the need to train staff or become familiar with another application.

Label in House

If you send more than 1000 consignments each day, it may be appropriate for you to "Label in House" by altering your own internal systems to produce UK Mail labels and consignment summaries.
