Our online services can be accessed in a number of ways:
- General access, in which customers and recipients of consignments being carried by UK Mail can track their parcels, access interactive details about service availability and re-delivery options available. These can be accessed via the parcel tracker or the “online services” menu option
- Secure access, which is activated when you login to “My UK Mail” located in the top right hand corner of our home page. On logging in, the “online services” menu option is extended to present a customised list of online services tailored to the UK Mail services you currently use or have signed up to. You sign-in once to access any of the UK Mail services that you use. For example; once you login to My UK Mail you will be able to go straight to iConsign.
- We can provide customer branded web portals hosted in our secure internet infrastructure for customers who wish to provide a consistent brand experience to their customers. Please contact your account manager to discuss your requirements.
- For customers with internal IT systems capability we offer a comprehensive library of web-service calls which allow you to embed all our online services into your own internal intranet. Please contact your account manager to arrange access to the comprehensive documentation and implementation support services we can provide.
