Volumetric calculation
From time to time it is necessary to calculate the volumetric weight of a package as the cost can be affected by the amount of space it occupies in transit.
If the volumetric weight exceeds the dead weight of the package then our policy is to charge the greater weight.
The standard conversion formula is: Length (cms) x width (cms) x height (cms)/4000 as shown in the example diagram below.
