Career Profile | ECG Chairman

I joined Business Post in September 2003, working the nightshift as a warehouse operative for network services. 

My Progression to ECG chairperson in the company began in 2004 when I was nominated to become on-site ECG rep for Runcorn. I later progressed to national ECG rep for my region, and held this position for three years. Following a successful application and interview process, conducted by senior management and directors, I was appointed ECG chairperson in September 2004.

The assistance I have received throughout my time with the ECG has been focused on personnel development, enabling me to enhance my skills perform my role as chairperson with confidence.
