The Employee Consultative Group will work to achieve the following;

• An effective and supported Employee Consultative Group (ECG) can help the development of all in the workplace.
• The Employee Consultative Group (ECG) aim to improve relationships and attitudes by working with employees and management to solve issues together
• The Employee Consultative Group (ECG) will work with management to explore mutual advantages.
• We aim to improve decisions made by providing input from employees with relevant knowledge and skills.
• Through the Employee Consultative Group (ECG) we encourage the workforce to identify issues that need to be raised and use this department as that medium. The Employee Consultative Group (ECG) is committed to effective communication for all, and encourages the workforce to communicate more effectively.
• Wth the involvement of the Employee Consultative Group (ECG) in Business Post we hope this will encourage understanding, trust, better decision making and we will improve employee/employer relationships.
